Snetterton Trackday

We were lucky with the weather at Snetterton on Friday and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves driving around the circuit in the sunshine.  As well our Elises, we had a brand new Lotus Exige on hand to give hot lap rides.

Our instructors Charlie Butler Henderson, a BTCC driver and Ben Devlin, a Silverstone Racing School instructor, were available for one to one tuition throughout the day.

“ I just thought I would write you a quick email to thank you and the team for a superbly run track day which was both fun and incident free.  We really enjoyed the day and look forward to attending another Heritage track day in the future.”  Wrote Louise Kennedy who brought her TVR Griffith 200.

“Just a quick note to say thanks for a brilliant day on Friday. I think I can safely say it is the best trackday at Snetterton I have ever done out of the 6 or so previously.” Said Gavin Wells who came in a Lotus Elise.

Anyone wanting to see pictures of the cars on track, please visit www.picman.co.uk and spot your car! Pictures below, right and in the gallery were taken by our in-house photographer R Cooper. For copies please call 01508 536271.

"The best trackday I have ever attended" - Quoted Roger Turner, Member of Heritage Trackdays.
Once again the sun was shining, and all those who came to Cadwell had a fantastic day. "This has been one of the best trackdays I have ever attended" commented Roger Turner, who attend with his Lotus Elise. We also played host to a number of other Lotus Elise owners who attended via the Official Lotus Owner's Club.
Simon Harrison, 3 x British Saloon Car Champion and our chief instructor was once again on hand to give advice and demonstration laps of this picturesque circuit. "This has to be one of the best 'Drivers' circuits in the
UK" commented Simon, "I think all trackday attendees should be made to drive Cadwell, so they realise what a great place this is.

16th March 2003

Launch event at Snetterton Circuit
Our launch event at Snetterton on 16th March was a massive success. The sun was shining and over 90 cars took part in our first event under the Heritage Trackdays banner.
Our fleet of Lotus Elise instructor cars were on display and were being used to give many of you dedicated one to one instruction. The entire "C Group" (novice) either followed the cars or were passengers in them as our instructor team achieved a fantastic job in teaching all our newcomers the art of driving their car on circuit quickly, smoothly and of course safely.
